Black Day Merch is operated by Black Day In July Productions. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our Shopify store.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing times may be extended for pre-orders, limited editions, vinyl records, or specialty items. Any extended timelines will be clearly noted on the product page.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package size, and destination.

United States

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout

International

  • International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days after processing

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance


International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Black Day Merch is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

  • Tracking numbers are provided once an order ships.

  • Black Day Merch is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.


Pre-Orders & Combined Orders

  • Pre-order items ship on or around the release date listed on the product page.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise stated.

  • Release dates are subject to change due to manufacturing or supply chain delays.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited and collectible nature of our merchandise:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear

Only damaged or incorrect items qualify for review.
